Abstract	Tema ovog završnog rada su talasemije, od kojih kao najvažnije razlikujemo α ili β-talasemiju koje predstavljaju nasljednu bolest eritrocita, a čiji simptomi variraju u odnosu na količinu gena za kodiranje globinskih lanaca koji su pogođeni mutacijom ili delecijom.
