Abstract
Cilj banke kardiovaskularnog tkiva je pohrana homografta-ljudskih tkivnih transplantanata srčanih zalistaka i krvnih žila. Tkivo se pohranjuje u Banku u svrhu liječenja ljudi sa kardiovaskularnim bolestima. Prva Banka kardiovaskularnog tkiva u Hrvatskoj osnovana je u Kliničkom zavodu za transfuzijsku medicinu i transplantacijsku biologiju u Kliničkom bolničkom centru Zagreb 6. lipnja 2011. godine. U svijetu danas radi oko 70 banaka. Tkivo prije pohrane prolazi temeljita testiranja. Rade se... More mikrobiološka testiranja, test kompetencije, tkivo se mjeri, te morfološki pregledava. U ovom radu analiziran je petogodišnji rad Banke kardiovaskularnog tkiva u KBC Zagreb od osnutka 2011. godine do 2015. godine. U tom razdoblju u Banku je donirano ukupno 74 tkiva iz 17 bolnica iz cijele Hrvatske koje su uključene u Nacionalnu transplantacijsku mrežu. Prilikom obrade doniranog tkiva dobivena su 133 presatka od kojih je 64 uništeno, a njih 69 stavljeno na raspolaganje za transplantaciju. U analiziranom razdoblju rada Banke izdano je 29 tkiva za transplantaciju dok je 27 uspješno transplantirano. Less
