Abstract
Anemija ili slabokrvnost je opće prihvaćeni naziv za smanjeni broj eritrocita u cirkulaciji, smanjenu količinu krvi u tijelu i smanjenu količinu hemoglobina u eritrocitima. Eritrociti su krvne stanice koje služe za prijenos kisika i ugljikovog dioksida u tijelu čovjeka. Anemija nije sama za sebe bolest, već opisuje stanje organizma, odnosno postojanje te bolesti. Anemija može biti veoma naporna i ozbiljna bolest za oboljelog i može ozbiljno utjecati na život pacijenta. U radu će se govoriti o... More klasifikaciji anemija, kinetičkoj i morfološkoj podjeli anemija, simptomima, laboratorijskoj dijagnostici, liječenju te također i o mogućim komplikacijama bolesti i zdravstvenoj njezi. Na osnovi razvoja bolesti dobiva se uvid u procese koji su uzrokovali anemiju. Također na osnovi anamneze, pregleda oboljelog i laboratorijskoj dijagnostici, utvrđuje se postojanje anemije. Pristupi o liječenju anemija su različiti i ovise o uzroku koja je dovela do pojave anemije, Neke se liječe nadoknadom željeza ili vitamina (cijanokobalamin, folna kiselina), anemija bubrežne i kronične bolesti korigira se liječenjem osnovne bolesti. Pojedine anemije poput aplastične liječe se imunosupresijom i alogeničnom transplantacijom matičnih stanica. Less
