Abstract
Stres frakture su sindrom prenaprezanja u kojem dolazi do frakture kosti uzrokovane ponavljanjem pokreta koji djeluje na kost. Da bi se prevenirale, važna je kvalitetna suradnja pacijenta i liječnika te pravovremena dijagnoza. Fizioterapija se u većini slučajeva temelji na fizioterapeutskim postupcima poput RICE protokola, terapije strujama, ultrazvukom, magnetom, te hidroterapijom. Obično je dovoljna konzervativna fizioterapija, no kod kompliciranih stres fraktura tibije nužan je operativni... More pristup u liječenju. Less
