Abstract
Multipla skleroza je demijelinizacijska bolest koja djeluje na živčani sustav, bolesnikove organe te psihološki status bolesnika. Dijagnostika je vrlo kompleksna ta zahtjeva nekoliko različitih pretraga kako bi se uopće potvrdila multipla skleroza. Lijekovi koje primjenjujemo su različiti te djeluju na razne načine i pomoću različitih mehanizama. Sestrinske dijagnoze sukladno ovoj teškoj bolesti su raznolike te zahtjevne na razne načine te je moguće ovisno o težini bolesti primijeniti razne dijagnoze od njege, prehrane, oblačenja. Prehrana je raznolika ali sadrži točno određene smjernice koje pomažu bolesnicima sa multiplom sklerozom. Sadrži i precizne jelovnike koji mogu pomoći zaustavljanju napretka bolesti te smanjenju intenziteta simptoma.
