Abstract
U okviru ovog rada objašnjene su sportske ozljede općenito i opisana je anatomija ibiomehanika ramena i ramenog pojasa. Isto tako, navedene su sportske ozljede ramena inačini na koje možemo pomoći prilikom ozljede ramena.Ozljeda ramena je vrlo česta sportska ozljeda u monostrukturalnim aktivnostima(atletika, bacačke discipline, plivanje) polistrukturalnim sportovima (hrvanje, judo,boks, tenis), kompleksnim sportovima (rukomet, odbojka, košarka) i estetskimsportovima (sportska gimnastika).
