Abstract
Akutni oblik koronarne bolesti srca su akutni infarkt miokarda i angina pektoris. Ateroskleroza je glavni čimbenik rizika koji pridonosi nastanaku ishemijskih bolesti srca. Glavni cilj liječenja ove bolesti je ukloniti simptome i znakove bolesti te spriječiti komplikacije. Zadaća medicinske sestre u skrbi za oboljelog od koronarnih bolesti srca je zdravstveni odgoj pojedinca i zajednice. Najčešće sestrinske dijagnoze kod ishemijskih bolesti srca su strah, anksioznost, bol, mučnina i povraćanje, smanjeno podnošenje napora, smanjena mogućnost brige za sebe, neupućenost i rizik za infekciju.
