Abstract
Rotatorna manšeta je mišićno-tetivna ovojnica sastavljena od četiri mišića supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor i subskapularis kojoj je glavna funkcija stabilizacija glave humerusa. Ozljede rotatore manšete mogu djelomično ili potpuno utjecati na svakodnevne aktivnosti osobe. U liječenju i rehabilitaciji sudjeluje multidisciplinarni tim stručnjaka među kojima vrlo važnu ulogu ima fizioterapeut. Fizioterapijska procjena bitan je dio procesa te postavljanje fizioterapijske dijagnoze , ciljeve te intervencija. Važnost procjene i dijagnoze kod ove povrede ima veliku ulogu jer pravovremena dijagnoza utječe na dijagnozu i rezultat oporavka. Cilj fizioterapije je maksimalno povratit funkcionalne sposobnosti pacijenta.
