Abstract
Neurologija je grana medicine koja se bavi proučavanjem bolesti i ozljeda središnjeg i perifernog živčanog sustava, njihov nastanak, razvoj, liječenje i rehabilitaciju. Dobro i vješto uzimanje povijesti bolesti, pažljiva analiza glavnih tegoba i tijeka bolesti često je put brze i točne dijagnoze. Fizioterapijski pregled sastoji se od anamneze, opservacije i standardiziranih postupaka mjerenja i provođenja testova kojima se otkrivaju postojeća ili potencijalna oštećenja ili ograničenja u funkciji ili participaciji. Kako bi lakše proveli fizioterapijsku procjenu kod neuroloških bolesti koristimo se raznim testovima. Specifični testovi fizioterapeutu daju mogućnost da potvrdi ili isključi dosadašnje prikupljene podatku o stanju bolesnika.
